  • How long does onboarding take?
    For a single store, typically 7–10 business days from signed agreement to first live dashboard. For multi-district operations with significant data migration, plan on 2–4 weeks. We don't bill for onboarding time.
  • Is AIDA included or extra?
    AIDA is included in every NexusConn plan from day one — there's no separate AI add-on. As we add new AIDA capabilities, they roll out to all customers automatically.
  • Can it integrate with my existing carrier portals?
    Yes. We've built reconciliation flows for AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket, Boost, Metro, and Spectrum. If you work with a carrier we don't support yet, we'll build that integration as part of onboarding.
  • Where does my data live?
    Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, hosted on US-based infrastructure with daily backups and full audit logs. You own your data — full export available anytime.
  • How is it priced?
    Per store, monthly. The price scales down at multi-store volumes and includes AIDA, all integrations, and ongoing support. Specific pricing depends on store count and required carrier integrations — we share it openly during the demo call.
  • Do you offer training for non-technical staff?
    Always. Counter staff, store managers, and district managers each get a role-specific walkthrough. Most counter staff are productive in NexusConn within an hour.
